詩89:1 〔以斯拉人以探的訓誨詩。〕我要歌唱耶和華的慈愛、直到永遠．我要用口將你的信實傳與萬代。
I will sing of the mercies of the Lord for ever: with my mouth will I make known thy faithfulness to all generations.
詩89:2 因我曾說、你的慈悲、必建立到永遠．你的信實、必堅立在天上。
For I have said, Mercy shall be built up for ever: thy faithfulness shalt thou establish in the very heavens.
詩89:3 我與我所揀選的人立了約、向我的僕人大衛起了誓．
I have made a covenant with my chosen, I have sworn unto David my servant,
詩89:4 我要建立你的後裔、直到永遠、要建立你的寶座、直到萬代。
Thy seed will I establish for ever, and build up thy throne to all generations. Selah.
詩89:5 耶和華阿、諸天要稱讚你的奇事．在聖者的會中、要稱讚你的信實。
And the heavens shall praise thy wonders, O Lord: thy faithfulness also in the congregation of the saints.
詩89:6 在天空誰能比耶和華呢．神的眾子中、誰能像耶和華呢。
For who in the heaven can be compared unto the Lord? who among the sons of the mighty can be likened unto the Lord?
詩89:7 他在聖者的會中、是大有威嚴的 神、比一切在他四圍的更可畏懼。
God is greatly to be feared in the assembly of the saints, and to be had in reverence of all them that are about him.
詩89:8 耶和華萬軍之 神阿、那一個大能者像你耶和華．你的信實、是在你的四圍。
O Lord God of hosts, who is a strong Lord like unto thee? or to thy faithfulness round about thee?
詩89:9 你管轄海的狂傲．波浪翻騰、你就使他平靜了。
Thou rulest the raging of the sea: when the waves thereof arise, thou stillest them.
詩89:10 你打碎了拉哈伯似乎是已殺的人．你用有能的膀臂打散了你的仇敵。
Thou hast broken Rahab in pieces, as one that is slain; thou hast scattered thine enemies with thy strong arm.
詩89:11 天屬你、地也屬你．世界和其中所充滿的、都為你所建立。
The heavens are thine, the earth also is thine: as for the world and the fulness thereof, thou hast founded them.
詩89:12 南北為你所創造．他泊和黑門都因你的名歡呼。
The north and the south thou hast created them: Tabor and Hermon shall rejoice in thy name.
詩89:13 你有大能的膀臂．你的手有力、你的右手也高舉。
Thou hast a mighty arm: strong is thy hand, and high is thy right hand.
詩89:14 公義和公平、是你寶座的根基．慈愛和誠實、行在你前面。
Justice and judgment are the habitation of thy throne: mercy and truth shall go before thy face.
詩89:15 知道向你歡呼的、那民是有福的。耶和華阿、他們在你臉上的光裡行走。
Blessed is the people that know the joyful sound: they shall walk, O Lord, in the light of thy countenance.
詩89:16 他們因你的名終日歡樂、因你的公義得以高舉。
In thy name shall they rejoice all the day: and in thy righteousness shall they be exalted.
詩89:17 你是他們力量的榮耀．因為你喜悅我們、我們的角必被高舉。
For thou art the glory of their strength: and in thy favour our horn shall be exalted.
詩89:18 我們的盾牌屬耶和華．我們的王屬以色列的聖者。
For the Lord is our defence; and the Holy One of Israel is our king.
詩89:19 當時你在異象中曉諭你的聖民、說、我已把救助之力、加在那有能者的身上．我高舉那從民中所揀選的。
Then thou spakest in vision to thy holy one, and saidst, I have laid help upon one that is mighty; I have exalted one chosen out of the people.
詩89:20 我尋得我的僕人大衛、用我的聖膏膏他。
I have found David my servant; with my holy oil have I anointed him:
詩89:21 我的手必使他堅立．我的膀臂也必堅固他。
With whom my hand shall be established: mine arm also shall strengthen him.
詩89:22 仇敵必不勒索他、兇惡之子、也不苦害他。
The enemy shall not exact upon him; nor the son of wickedness afflict him.
詩89:23 我要在他面前打碎他的敵人、擊殺那恨他的人。
And I will beat down his foes before his face, and plague them that hate him.
詩89:24 只是我的信實、和我的慈愛、要與他同在．因我的名、他的角必被高舉。
But my faithfulness and my mercy shall be with him: and in my name shall his horn be exalted.
詩89:25 我要使他的左手伸到海上、右手伸到河上。
I will set his hand also in the sea, and his right hand in the rivers.
詩89:26 他要稱呼我說、你是我的父、是我的 神、是拯救我的磐石。
He shall cry unto me, Thou art my father, my God, and the rock of my salvation.
詩89:27 我也要立他為長子、為世上最高的君王。
Also I will make him my firstborn, higher than the kings of the earth.
詩89:28 我要為他存留我的慈愛、直到永遠．我與他立的約、必要堅定。
My mercy will I keep for him for evermore, and my covenant shall stand fast with him.
詩89:29 我也要使他的後裔、存到永遠、使他的寶座、如天之久。
His seed also will I make to endure for ever, and his throne as the days of heaven.
詩89:30 倘若他的子孫離棄我的律法、不照我的典章行．
If his children forsake my law, and walk not in my judgments;
詩89:31 背棄我的律例、不遵守我的誡命．
If they break my statutes, and keep not my commandments;
詩89:32 我就要用杖責罰他們的過犯、用鞭責罰他們的罪孽。
Then will I visit their transgression with the rod, and their iniquity with stripes.
詩89:33 只是我必不將我的慈愛、全然收回、也必不叫我的信實廢棄。
Nevertheless my lovingkindness will I not utterly take from him, nor suffer my faithfulness to fail.
詩89:34 我必不背棄我的約、也不改變我口中所出的。
My covenant will I not break, nor alter the thing that is gone out of my lips.
詩89:35 我一次指著自己的聖潔起誓．我決不向大衛說謊。
Once have I sworn by my holiness that I will not lie unto David.
詩89:36 他的後裔要存到永遠、他的寶座在我面前、如日之恆一般．
His seed shall endure forever, and his throne as the sun before me.
詩89:37 又如月亮永遠堅立、如天上確實的見證。〔細拉〕
It shall be established for ever as the moon, and as a faithful witness in heaven. Selah.
詩89:38 但你惱怒你的受膏者、就丟掉棄絕他。
But thou hast cast off and abhorred, thou hast been wroth with thine anointed.
詩89:39 你厭惡了與僕人所立的約、將他的冠冕踐踏於地。
Thou hast made void the covenant of thy servant: thou hast profaned his crown by casting it to the ground.
詩89:40 你拆毀了他一切的籬笆．使他的保障、變為荒場。
Thou hast broken down all his hedges; thou hast brought his strong holds to ruin.
詩89:41 凡過路的人、都搶奪他．他成為鄰邦的羞辱。
All that pass by the way spoil him: he is a reproach to his neighbours.
詩89:42 你高舉了他敵人的右手．你叫他一切的仇敵歡喜。
Thou hast set up the right hand of his adversaries; thou hast made all his enemies to rejoice.
詩89:43 你叫他的刀劍捲刃、叫他在爭戰之中站立不住。
Thou hast also turned the edge of his sword, and hast not made him to stand in the battle.
詩89:44 你使他的光輝止息、將他的寶座推倒於地。
Thou hast made his glory to cease, and cast his throne down to the ground.
詩89:45 你減少他青年的日子．又使他蒙羞。〔細拉〕
The days of his youth hast thou shortened: thou hast covered him with shame. Selah.
詩89:46 耶和華阿、這要到幾時呢．你要將自己隱藏到永遠麼．你的忿怒如火焚燒、要到幾時呢。
How long, Lord? wilt thou hide thyself for ever? shall thy wrath burn like fire?
詩89:47 求你想念我的時候是何等的短少．你創造世人、要使他們歸何等的虛空呢。
Remember how short my time is: wherefore hast thou made all men in vain?
詩89:48 誰能常活免死、救他的靈魂脫離陰間的權柄呢。〔細拉〕
What man is he that liveth, and shall not see death? shall he deliver his soul from the hand of the grave? Selah.
詩89:49 主阿、你從前憑你的信實向大衛立誓、要施行的慈愛在那裡呢。
Lord, where are thy former lovingkindnesses, which thou swarest unto David in thy truth?
詩89:50 主阿、求你記念僕人們所受的羞辱、記念我怎樣將一切強盛民的羞辱存在我懷裡。
Remember, Lord, the reproach of thy servants; how I do bear in my bosom the reproach of all the mighty people;
詩89:51 耶和華阿、你的仇敵、用這羞辱羞辱了你的僕人、羞辱了你受膏者的腳蹤。
Wherewith thine enemies have reproached, O Lord; wherewith they have reproached the footsteps of thine anointed.
詩89:52 耶和華是應當稱頌的、直到永遠。阿們、阿們。
Blessed be the Lord for evermore. Amen, and Amen.
